What this site collects, how it is used, and what it does not do. Updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, how you rate your health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. This information goes to the quoting system to return carrier prices and is not kept here. No name, address, phone, or email is needed for quotes. Identical repeat requests may be cached briefly so the backend is not called again.

Applying

When you choose to apply, your quote answers go into the carriers' secure application platform, which operates under its own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California firm (License 0B75129), processes applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, a topic, and your message. It goes by email to the agency; your email is the return address. This site keeps no record, no database of submissions, and no log of message text. Your browser runs a brief anti-abuse check before sending.

Measurement

This site measures page traffic using first-party, cookieless collection from this domain. No cookies or stored identifiers are created; your IP address is masked before storage; referring page queries are stripped; raw logs are destroyed after ninety days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from counting.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal information, run advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics beyond this domain. The one exception is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, which runs under its own privacy terms.
